Madoka Mizuno
PERSONALITY Madoka is a lady. You'll never see lash out, use profanity, nor criticize anyone she just met. She's a friendly, well-respected member of the community, and not just because of her family status. Growing up in the shadow of her mother and father has always been a challenge for young Madoka, but she's determined to make her own destiny, and have people view her as not the child of a well-respected doctor, but as Madoka: World Renowned Photographer! ...Or animal caretaker, she's still deciding. But because of her two potential career choices, she's very adventurous, and absolutely adores animals. At times, Madoka can be...shy, and or timid. This especially happens when she's talking to someone of the opposite sex, alone, just them and her. She becomes very uncoordinated, progressively more flustered because of the way she is acting, and oftentimes stutters or mumbles. Boys make her weak in the knees. There are a few quirks she has, one of them being she becomes exceptionally upset when someone is purposely mean to another human being, spirit, animal, etc. She believes that everyone is born equal, and that is that. Another quirk she has is that, under no circumstances, should someone come between her and her sweets. HISTORY Surprisingly, Madoka did not grow up on Kiseki Island. In fact, she was originally born in Tokyo, having lived there her entire life up until she was 12 years old, where she as flown out to the island to attend high school. Until then, she lived with her parents; her father a renowned doctor, her mother a make-up artist. Both were fairly busy, and almost never had time for Madoka, so she'd usually spend her time touring the city of Tokyo, going out with friends, and generally having a good time. She was never one to give her parents trouble, as their jobs were already stressful and, at times, difficult. However, despite the lack of contact they usually had, when they all did get together, the family of three would go on exotic day trips. Madoka absolutely adored these trips as wherever they went, there was something new to discover, someone new to meet. And for whatever reason, exploring new areas and making new friends was something that got her heart racing. Of course, because they were day trips, they'd almost never go back, having always went somewhere new with each trip. This prompted young Madoka to start bringing a camera and taking photos, capturing the fun and excitement and eventually making a small, neat memory album. As the years progressed, and after being home schooled for seven years, Madoka wanted to spread out from her usual comfort zone. She wanted to attend public school for her middle and high school years, and her parents were more than happy to oblige. Of course, they couldn't pack up and move out with her, seeing that she had set her eyes on a certain island in the Pacific Ocean. Even so, they supported their daughter as she boarded the plane bound for Kiseki. Madoka would live with a small host family until 16 years old, where she'd rent an apartment to further attend Genzai Academy. TRIVIA
