friends It's really not that hard to become his friend. Because he is a Fureru he tends to be a little more timid and hesitant around humans or spirits in human form. Because he cannot touch humans he actually has a fear of them but longs for the interaction. Tanu tends to get lonely very easily and he always feels like he's being too clingy trying to keep his friendships going. To be his friend he usually relies on other people to act first but sometimes he'll be little daring and go in for the greeting. When he opens up enough he's usually pretty outgoing and fun-loving with his friends. To be friends with Tan is pretty easy because he can usually get along with anybody if they take the chance to get to know him. It does take a little more effort because he can be hesitant and timid. It's also a rare sight that he will play a sly prank on his closer friends because he is a tanuki he can be quite mischievous. enemies It's hard to get on Tanu's bad side but to do this you basically just need to be rude, or completely obnoxious. He also has a tendency not to get along properly with clingy people even though he can sometimes be like that. The reason for this is he doesn't want to be touched because he is a Fureru. Someone who's clingy would easily startle him and keep him on his toes. He doesn't like to show constant fear so he wouldn't like that. lovers Tanu is easily flustered. When it comes to romantic involvement he isn't exactly very experienced. I'd imagine Tanu would fall for someone patient and understanding. They'd probably have to have extra patience with him because of his hesitance and reluctance with opening up to others. He's probably one of those guys you would need to spell it out for him because he can be a little dense to other peoples' feelings. He isn't one to clue in on someone else's romantic feelings. He's kind and overall pretty caring but he's strangely forgetful so again he would probably work best with someone who could tolerate his quirks. others If you have any other ideas let me know. Tanu && Saiyuri
Tanu and Saiyuri are already pretty good friends. Why not keep it that way? They have been friends from when they were young to this very day. Saiyuri adores Tanu and all she wishes is for him to keep his promise and visit her every day or whenever he can. He means a lot to her ever since that day they met in the forest. He is a very kind young man, and Saiyuri blesses him to live a long and happy life just like her mother blessed her. And, Tanu is also her playing partner. Saiyuri always has fun playing with Tanu in the forest. Best friends they shall be and so on<3

So, while I can't really tell where it would go, I am hoping that Tanu would turn fun-loving and clingy towards Fukurou at some point because it would be hilarious to see him dragging the old man around. XD
But, needs buildup to that point. Moving on.

I don't know how they should interact, but we could go at anything really. Since Fukurou is intimidating (kind of) and Tanu seems timid around strangers, I expect this to start off at an enemies direction. And conversations could go either way from there: to better or worse, though I don't suppose Tanu would go and approach Fukurou. Unless he has sweets cravings. Making interactions inevitable. Lol.

If they end up enemies, then Fukurou would never speak with him again. Case closed. Enemies with no special reason is outright tiring for him and not worth the bother. So if we don't have a special circumstance, it would end there.
If they're friends, this would likely start leisurely at a lax pace that Fukurou likes. And when things get better, he could be a person to turn to for Tanu, because he's pretty unmoving and has nothing to do with his life (kinda). Easily a parental figure of the sort if you'd want to, by later stages. And finally, the dragging around scenes which I want to happen. XD

It's not much, but it's something.
